In accordance with the article 5 of the D.lgs 22^nd May 1999, n.185 you can exercise the right to withdraw the contract; if you are not satisfied with the goods received, you will be refunded the cost of the product purchased, except shipping costs.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will have to send us a notice with a recommended letter within and not later than 10 working days after receiving the products, addressing it to:

Tuttestetica s.r.l. reserves the right to verify the condition of the goods, which have to be returned intact and with its original packaging; only with returned products that are the same as the original ones, we will provide for the reimbursement in the least time possible and, in any case, within 30 days, in reference to the Dlgs of 22/05/1999 n.185, of the receipt of the written notice of withdrawal.
