We usually process the orders within 3-9 working days. The delivery is via TNT courier.

At home:

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, hours 9-13 and 14-18. In order to facilitate the delivery we kindly recommend to indicate an address where there is a person during the day and hours of the expected delivery. In case the courier will not find the addressee he will leave an advice of attempted delivery: it is necessary to immediately contact the courier to agree the re-delivery or where to collect the product.

In case of withdrawal of the product, Tuttestetica s.r.l. reserves the right to ask the customer the total amount of the delivery and storage costs.
